A repipe is a complete replacement and/or bypass of the existing water distribution system beginning at the transition point between the exterior and interior service pipe and terminating at the various fixtures within the building. The most common type of defective pipes are Polybutylene, Kitec, and Pex with yellow fittings which cause leaks and major floods that can result in costly damage. Also, old Galvanized pipes and old Copper pipes develop pinhole leaks which can result in mold growth within walls or under the slab. Turn-key service includes replacement of all pipe fittings, stop valves and supply lines as well as the replacement of any drywall extractions necessary to access the current pipelines and/or used to install the new bypass pipelines. While drywall replacement, painting or cosmetic repair is not included in the services Buzzell offers, there are highly-qualified and recommended vendors available to customers and clients.
Whether our customers are remodeling/renovating or simply upgrading, our repipe estimates are always free and competitively priced. Contact us to schedule your quote today!

Rinnai/Tankless Water Heaters
Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters are designed to help you significantly cut your energy usage and the costs associated with it. Tankless water heaters revolutionize the way you use hot water. They produce more hot water, at a more consistent temperature, using less energy than typical tank-style water heaters. Because tankless water heaters provide hot water only when it’s needed, they can save you up to 40% on your energy bill. Tankless hot water heaters do not store a large volume of hot water that can be depleted, but rather heat the water as it’s being used, giving you endless comfort in the form of continuous hot water at a consistent temperature. You can even use hot water for multiple tasks—such as showering, washing dishes or doing laundry—at the same time without worrying about running out. Traditional tank water heaters can take up to 16 square feet of valuable floor space. Tankless water heaters, however, are a fraction of the size and can be installed on virtually any wall, indoors or outdoors. Tankless water heaters have a typical life expectancy of up to 20 years—twice as long as a tank-style unit. Contact us for a FREE quote on installing your Rinnai Tankless Water Heater!
Blocked Sewer Lines
For basic sewer line clogs, Buzzell offers options to clear the pipes dependent on the severity of the blockage. For smaller blockages, a traditional sewer cable snake may be used. Sewer line cleaning with a camera and locator equipment may be used for more difficult situations. Contact us for more information.
Preventative Maintenance
Having a good preventative maintenance plan in place is critical for any home or business owner to avoid avoidable plumbing emergencies, and the large cost of cleanup and damage repair. The most important part of having a preventative maintenance plan in place is to have the right plan. A busy restaurant has different needs than a single family home. The best starting point for a good preventative maintenance plan is to have an inspection done by a competent plumbing service professional to determine the exact plumbing needs of an individual plumbing system.

High Performance Return Grille Filters
High-Performance Return Grille Filters provide air filtration equivalent to typical four-inch media filters in a one-inch return grille space. The Return Grille Filter is up to 10 times more effective* than standard one-inch filters at trapping and filtering dust, as well as reducing pollen, mold spores, bacteria and other allergens passing through your HVAC system. This ensures that cleaner air is distributed throughout your home. Contact us for a FREE quote on installing a High Performance Return Grille Filter today!
Humidity can play an important factor in comfort.  If a room is too humid it can feel warmer than it is.  But if there is no humidity it will feel cooler.  This is because of the way we sweat and if it evaporates then you cool off but if it stays there we feel hot and wet. As an individual, your efficient use of energy brings benefits such as lower bills, improved comfort levels in your home and a reduced personal impact on the environment. As an individual, your efficient use of energy brings benefits such as lower bills, improved comfort levels in your home and a reduced personal impact on the environment. Many homes have excess humidity during the winter. Too high a humidity can lead to condensation on windows, mold growth, dust mite problems and wood rot. . Whole System Media/Electronic Air Cleaners
While portable air cleaners can provide a certain level of effectiveness in individual rooms, a properly installed air cleaning system in your central heating and cooling system manages the entire system at one time. It cleans the air going through your ductwork and pushes the cleaner air out to all rooms in your home. Contact us today for more information!
New HVAC Units
New air conditioning and heating equipment is steadily getting more efficient.  When you combine the efficiency of a new air conditioning and heating system with the replacement or sealing of leaky ductwork, you can save a lot of money on your monthly energy bills. Contact us for a FREE estimate!
Air Quality Control
Research has shown that the quality of indoor air can be worse than that of outdoor air. Many homes are built or remodeled more tightly, without regard to the factors that assure fresh and healthy indoor air. Our homes and businesses today contain many furnishings, appliances and products that can affect indoor air quality. Indoor allergens and irritants have become much more important in recent decades because we're spending more time indoors. And because modern buildings are airtight, these irritants can't easily escape. Dust mites and mold love moisture. Keeping humidity around 30%-50% helps keep them and other allergens under control. A dehumidifier (and air conditioner during summer months) helps reduce moisture in indoor air and effectively controls allergens. Air conditioners also reduce indoor pollen count -- another plus for allergy-sufferers. Contact us today for options to improve the air quality in your home or business.
Geothermal Heating Options
As with any heat pump, geothermal and water-source heat pumps are able to heat, cool, and, if so equipped, supply the house with hot water. Some models of geothermal systems are available with two-speed compressors and variable fans for more comfort and energy savings. Relative to air-source heat pumps, they are quieter, last longer, need little maintenance, and do not depend on the temperature of the outside air. Contact us today for a FREE estimate on your geothermal heating solution.
Energy Recovery Ventilator
The ERV uses energy recovery process of exchanging the energy contained in a normally exhausted building or space air and using it to treat (precondition) the incoming outdoor ventilation air in residential and commercial HVAC systems. During the warmer seasons, the system pre-cools and dehumidifies while humidifying and pre-heating in the cooler seasons. The benefit of using energy recovery is the ability to meet the ASHRAE ventilation & energy standards, while improving indoor air quality and reducing total HVAC equipment capacity. Contact us today for a FREE consultation!
Two Stage Compressors
Two-stage cooling means the air conditioner or heat pump has a compressor with two levels of operation: high for hot summer days and low for milder days. Since the low setting is adequate to meet household-cooling demands 80% of the time, a two-stage unit runs for longer periods and produces more even temperatures. Two-stage compressors help lower your utility costs as well as extending the life of your HVAC unit. Contact us today for more information.
Hepa Filters
While portable air cleaners can provide a certain level of effectiveness in individual rooms, Hepa filters are installed in your central heating and cooling system. It cleans the air going through your ductwork and pushes the cleaner air out to all rooms in your home or business. Improving the air quality throughout the indoor space and healthier breathing air. Contact us today to order your Hepa filter!
Replace/Upgrade Thermostat
Of all the different ways you can upgrade your HVAC system, replacing your thermostat is one of the easiest and least expensive. In most cases, you can replace your thermostat without having to make any other adjustments to your HVAC system. And if you’re switching from a manual thermostat to a programmable model, the upgrade will often quickly pay for itself in future energy savings. Contact us today to start saving money!
Duct Cleaning
Indoor air pollution is now listed by the Environmental Protection Agency as the fourth greatest environmental threat to Americans. When your heating and cooling system is running, airborne contaminants are being drawn into your duct system. Over a period of time, these harmful contaminants will eventually build up inside your air ducts. Having your air ducts cleaned will reduce the need for dusting, improve indoor air quality, save energy & money and extend the life of your equipment. Contact us today for a FREE quote.
Preventative Maintenance
You wouldn’t drive your car 100,000 miles without changing the oil. The same logic holds true for your home comfort system. Regular HVAC preventative maintenance is the best way to ensure trouble-free operation and peak performance. Pre-season maintenance is also important. It can help to avoid a system failure in severe hot or cold weather when you need it most, and it can also keep your energy bill from getting out of control. We offer options for every home or business for any brand or size of HVAC system, plans available in one, two or five year arrangements. Contact us today to sign up for a preventative maintenance plan.
