Never, have I had anyone to even care if I sent in the paperwork for the warranty, but you even put all the necessary numbers (Model, Serial) on it, addressed the envelope and put a stamp on it. Who could ask for anything more. You make spending all my money almost a joy. Ha Ha.

We have owned 4 homes over our lifetime, and over the years we’ve dealt with numerous air condition and heating companies, and with their products. This is the FIRST time I’ve ever written a testimonial for a company. Why? Because this is the first time we have found a company deserving of the effort.
Our relationship with Buzzell Heating and Air started because of a ghastly inferior product that was installed in our home by a homebuilder. That system barely lasted a year before it started having serious issues. It was only a few years later, and we were forced to replace the entire system.
After researching for weeks the various companies and products that were available, and after talking with experts in the field, as well as with fellow home owners… the choice was absolutely crystal clear: we needed a Rheem system, and we needed the expert installation provided by Buzzell Heating and Air.
We talked at length with Mark Buzzell. Amazingly enough, Mr. Buzzell never pushed his product upon us. Additionally, he did not waste our time by bad mouthing his competitors. In fact, he INVITED us to compare what he offered to what his competitors offered. How refreshing it was to find someone so confident in their product and their service, that he invited such comparison.
And so I did just that, and what I found out was that he clearly had the superior product, the superior price, and the superior service. It was a no brainer. Mr. Buzzell even showed us what tax incentives were available at the time, and how that could play into our final decision. This was an awesome experience.
After the system was installed, Mark himself came out to go over the entire installation… kind of a final Quality Check before “handing the keys over to the customer”. Then he presented us with a notebook that he assembled with all the paper work, manuals, and various documents that we would need to keep; very professional.
I guess that’s how I can best define these good people… they are PROFESSIONALS… everyone of them. After years of dealing with second rate, backwoods, and sometimes crooked operators… it was so very nice to finally meet someone who took tremendous pride in doing it right every step of the way. Some people claim to put the customer first, but don’t. Mark Buzzell never made that claim, but instead, he just did it.
In short, I would recommend Mark Buzzell and his fine company to anyone and everyone. Truth is, I have already done just that… and those that have taken my advice have already reported to me what I already knew. Buzzell Heating and Air and the Rheem product line are a home owner’s best friend, and they are your single best defense against the elements. During the hottest days of summer and the coldest days of winter, we have learned to trust the professionals.

The team that installed the unit was probably the best I have ever experienced. Thet were couteous and answered every question my three-year old grandson asked. I would recommend this team and the company to anyone. I talked with two other installed - I felt I got the run around with both. They wanted to intall what they wanted and not what I wanted. Mike showed up, asked me if I knew what I wanted and we started from that point. I told him my idea and he said they could work with it. He said: "Install it there and run the vent and lines and there - We're good to go! It will be $2300, if that is good for you." Mike undercut the first installer by $25 and the second by $1250 AND I was getting what I wanted, not what they wanted to install. A great company and great service. Thanks!"
